STAND FOR NIGERIA (EVENT)

"The Nigeria I came to see was only able to offer me a certificate without my basic needs for survival"
I had a dream that propelled my going to school.
I saw a NIGERIA that will help my dream come true.
About six years later (plus unwanted strike), the dream I saw became fluke.
Who stole my dream?
The Nigeria I came to see was only able to offer me a certificate without my basic needs for survival.

Jungle Prophecy: Nigeria’s Post Independence Message (Opinion)

“Nigeria, like a jungle comprises of thorns and fruits alike. It is a society where some are entangled in sorrows and absolute disappointment while a few others are caught in rejoicing and merriment. It is a feast of the predators on the preys. The fittest is the king, the law serves the whims of the highly placed at the detriment of a larger suppressed. The trees in this jungle bear fruits enough for everyone but these fruits are sadly concentrated on the hands of a few."

In my opinion, no one should suffer much penury no matter how difficult it may pose to be. The human body is strong and perfectly made as it is on a realistic observation, a fragile machine that needs maintenance to keep it up and running. The absent of this maintenance is the beginning of deterioration and a possible collapse of the entire system. Like the human body, the society needs the effective functioning of each part to smoothly run.
