(EVENT) FINDING A WAY OUT: EMPOWERING THE TEENAGE CHILD

Child abuse has become one major social problem in Nigeria in recent times which has not only gained recognition but also the attention of the Nigerian public. It is in this vain, that a group of young people are taking the campaign to the Shomolu community in Lagos State, Nigeria.

"The community project is set up to sensitize and rehabilitate the youths and parents about the dangers of child abuse and also curb every form of child abuse in the community. It is also set up to create new standard amongst children and youths", says Opeyemi Osunsanya the Team Head for the project.
